Is there a particular band or singer that has a voice similar to your character's?
Not that he knows of. Ethan doesn't sing or anything. But if you mean something like internal voice, Atreyu seem to pretty much reflect that. Well, not ultimately, but who cares.

Rye doesn't sing that much, she's not the most confident about her voice. But her actual voice sounds a bit like... hmm... well, she has a British accent, so I can't really compare her to any American singers xD

Singer.
Narthas' voice has many facets to it. It's got Maynard's grit, Mikael Akerfeldt's resonance, and Chrispaul Basso's bite. (Tool, Opeth, and Opus Dai, respectively.)
Room.
Narthas, being a transient and not ever having seen incredible importance in establishing oneself in a community, never gave too much thought to the state of his living quarters. He likes it to have at least one window with a view of sorts, and it's comfortable enough to him so long as he has his personal things with him, and also tools if he's working on a project. But I suppose if this is metaphorical -which I suspect it is- then I'll esplain. The walls might be an alabaster white, or a bright gold. There would be an unmade bed (firm mattress but piled on with sheets and blankets), a workspace complete with drafting table, and a consistently-tended hearth. Again, there would be a window, or better yet, a veranda with sweeping views of wherever he happens to be. As one could conclude from the color of the walls and the size of the window, Narthas prefers a light, open space to work and relax in.

How likely is your character to run away from a fight?

It is most likely that Rye will run from a fight. In fact, in the beginning of the book, she runs many times from several fights. Rye isn't the most aggressive person; she would rather battle it out verbally. Even then, she tends to stay back until something really sets off her temper.

Fighting.
Well, Narthas, having experienced the dangerous abandon that often comes with self-loathing, understands that most fights are pointless and simply a means of distinguishing the "top dog" in whatever the dispute happens to be about.
Under some, special circumstances, however, this elf will firmly stand his ground and fight valiantly until he is received with some form of conclusion, be it his death, his opponent's death, or maybe one of them is inflicted with serious injury... whatever.
He likes to try and talk first, though, if it's something that he things is silly. He is, after all, the son of reason.

For Holly running away is about as likely as me hating my chickens. And, trust me, that will NEVER happen. If it is a verbal fight, her temper will flare but she has control on that and she will simple answer viciously and leave as soon as possible, in disdain more than anything. But certain things should not be insulted to her, and she will most likely (or definitely WANT to) hit whoever is annoying her. If someone is about to punch her, or in general about to attack, she will fight to the bitterest end, prefering to keep her distance and loose a few arrows than get into proper hand-to-hand, at which she will fight like a wildcat and mad squirrel (sharp claws and teeth there) combined, using some VERY underhand techniques. It's not about fighting fait, it's about making sure you don't get hurt badly or killed.

Suprisingly, he wouldn't run. Unless he knew that he was wrong, Ethan would fight in determination. He's sorta fed up at all the people that always think they're better than him and who treat him badly. Yeah, Ethan would fight back and show them who's got a life, too.
How likely is your character to stand their ground in a fight?
Very. Well, if it got to a point when Ethan was unfairly matched, for example him against a mob, he would have no choice but to flee...He's quite witty, though, and would do much better in a verbal argument. He can have a very bitter tongue.

Who does your character idolize? This can be a real person, a fictional hero, a religious icon, anything! And why?

Holly idolises (well, i guess that's the word) her twin brother Micky. He's one of the only people she really respects and likes as a brother and as a friend. She admires his calmer, evener temper and his skill with a sword. Like anyone, they fight sometimes, but it's not serious. Her world is caught in a war and she dislikes war. Fighting isn't a particular like or dislike but war is different because hundreds die because of some stuoid arguament or general greediness. She doesn't particularly care for, or about, her King and Queen, because she doesn't know them, and most higher people are snobby, or can't spare the time to talk to a mere archer so she doesn't admire or respect anoyone like that, and mostly keeps to herself. And battle heroes are beyond contempt for her. They get so damn snotty when they get out of situations that are played up for the dramatic value. Micky, as I said before, is probably the only person she really respects, she can to talk to him about anything. Although she respects and admires the Goddess she doesn't know her and is actually unsure whether she is real.

Rye idolizes Mollie once she truly gets to know him. Mollie has grown up through poverty and hard times, working hard to earn food. He has grown up without much love or affection or materialism but has so much hope for the future. He is bright and happy most of the time. The other person she idolizes is her sister Bagelle. Bagelle is handling her parent's divorce much better than she, with quiet determination instead of loud defiance.

Ethan's friend Hilary is his idol. He would never admit it, though, which is a bit pants. Basically she's a loopy weirdo but Ethan likes her because she doesn't care about what others think, she sticks up for what she believes in, she's always happy and has a funny side. He doesn't quite realize though that underneth her merry skin she's got an emotional side, a side that can be hurt as well. I think Hilary is Ethan's only idol. She's all he needs, really.

He... once idolized Tuor, pretty much the only Man to ever make it into the hidden realm of Gondolin. He married the King's daughter, Idril (an Elf) and they did some really great things for the people of Gondolin. Tuor and Idril didn't like Narthas' father -like mostly everyone else- which is why he preferred their company much of the time.
Narthas' fascination with Tuor eventually fazed out, though, and became an idolization for his race: the race of Men. This is partly why he denounced himself as a real elf after the destruction of Gondolin and ended up spending most of his life among that people instead.

Okay here's a more random question:
What kind of juice does your character like and why?

APPLE!!!! Holly loves apple juice, she's hooked. She loves the taste, the sweetness, and ignores her brothers comments that it's the colour of pee.
