What's in it? What color are the walls? What things make it unique? What things make it somewhat normal? How is the bed? Is it always made up nice and neat or is it messy? Are there sheets? Explain as much as you can!
Um...ok. I shall try. Holly's room is circular, seeing as she has the top room in an oak tree. Her bed is by the wall under the window, which is always open, and it is curved with the flow of the room. SHe has a favourite blanket, a red cuddly blanket with words like 'snuggle, cuddle, night-time, sleepy byes, warmth, friendships' patterned over it. Her pillow is cushy, but not too cushy cause that would annoy her, with a nice wood brown coloured pillowcase. Her sheet and undersheet are the same colour and smooth. She hates flannallet(sp) sheets cause they're scratchy. Her entire bed looks like a bomb struck it. It is messy and very comfortable. If she's been told to make her bed, she just flattened the worst of the messiness and covers it all with her blanket. Her walls, obviously enough, are oak and bronzey brown. She has no idea what paint or wall paper is. SHe has her bow and quiver hanging above her bed on a hook, and a small painting her brother did for her brthday on the (I'll say opposite, but it's a circle) opposite wall. By her bed is a smaller dresser with her clothes in ther drawers and a mirror hanging off the wall beside it. Not that she uses it, but it's there. The mirror, i mean, not the clothes. She has a small book hidden in a secret compartment of the floor by the wall. It's her diary and mostly she forgets to write in it but there are some entries in it on some days when shes feeling especially happy, sad, angry or bored.

If you walk in Rye's room, the first thing that you would notice is its absolute spotlessness. The bed, with its clean white sheets and draping lilac canopy, would have not a wrinkle in sight. The wooden floors would be polished and clean, as the matching wooden walls with a border of the same pale lilac color as the sheets. There was a small dresser in there, with a jewelry box, and three shelves piled with books. If you took a closer look, you'd realize that there was a layer of dust on the dresser, and the wall corners were overladen with intricate spider-webs. Only the books and the bed looked used. That's because Rye hates her room; upon meeting Mollie, she soon finds herself spending more time in his down-to-earth wooden room than her own.

Her room back home looked like a bomb struck it, the walls were green and so were the sheets and pillows. Her dresser drawers were left hanging open with clothes spilling out, her closet overflowing with plushies, books scattered on her floor and the bookcase empty. She hasn't slept in her room, or slept at all really, in a few months.
She's spending a few nights a week in a tent now, or sleeping in the open. When she has the luxury(yeah, right) of a tent it's kept clean and bare, because she won't be staying in it long. The sheets are pulled off of the bed onto the floor and arranged into a nest of sorts with the pillow in it's center, though the ground is hard it's better than the plain metal bedframe. Her pack and books would rest against one 'wall' of the tent, clothes trailing out of it to be thrown on in the morning. A book might lay on the bedframe if they've been given anything to study. There are no lights and no outside light can penetrate the walls of the tent, leaving it in total darkness.

Explain your character's room.

Ethan's room is sorta plain. It's square and fairly spacious, though empty. It's walls are white and he has a wooden floor. He has a huge window overlooking the sanctuary where he keeps a desk so he can work whilst watching the garden. There is a tall wardrobe leaning on the wall opposite the door which slightly annoys Ethan because the doors are constantly breaking. In the centre is his bed, which consists of a normal frame and an extremely bouncy mattress layered with a single white sheet. He keeps his room rather neat and tidy, storing most of his precious belongings beneath the bed where it is a clatter. This is because he doesn't spend much time in his bedroom, and basically has no need for it other than storage.

Ooh, A may need more time to think about, so for now I'll just answer B. Rye loves techno music, her favorite being Numb-Encore by Lincoln Park/ Jay-Z. It also helps that their duo sounds gorgeous, of course.

Well...sad songs, really. The majority of his life is unfortunately depressing and so his thoughts basically inflict everything else about him. I guess a little non-cheery, melancholy toned music could basically describe it. You know, lots of piano, soulful stuff. Not that Ethan enjoys that sort of music. As he grows older, though, he becomes a lot more happier, makes a loyal friend who is slightly wacky, and he gets on with life. So I suppose that would mean that if music was that section of his life, it would certainly be up-beat a Maybe slightly extreme to reflect his radical decisions.
B) Is your character's most favorite? Why?
Well, nothing particular. Ethan likes what he likes and he hates what he hates. There might be a certain indie song that takes his fancy and then the next day he might discover a great piece of music from the new KFC advert...If he was forced to chose an artist, though, it would have to be the classic Blues Brothers. In addition to his father's liking of them, Ethan rather enjoyed their old songs because they had a comical side. It always made him smile.

The music that most decribes Holly would be something soft, with a dreaminess about it, but an edge to it as well. LIke a creek tinkling and swirling, then roaring over the rocks in a fall. Kind of anyways. and
B) Is your character's most favorite? Why?
Holly like the music of nature. She likes the sound of the wind through the trees, branches knocking lightly together, streamschuckling merrily, waterfalls crashing down onto the rocks below. She likes it because she loves being surrounded by these sounds, by the freedom within them, the raw power of nature expressed in a simple, or complex, sound and song. Birds, to her, are the best at capturing these songs, and no man made music could hope to come close to.

GGolly, Holly was the name of one of my bantam hens. ....Poor Holly, she disappeared and a week later I smelt her...then I found her. And Holly is the name of one of my toy dogs, and the name of an elf in Artemis Fowl.

You read Artemis Fowl? I love those books (: And for question A, it would have to be a quite complicated song. Half of it would have to be bouncy and high-energy and optimistic, and the other half would have to be soft and sweet and lovely in a delicate way, like piano switching on and off to acoustic guitar or something xD

While we're still on the subject of music, here's another music-oriented question!
Is there a particular band or singer that has a voice similar to your character's? Example: Aleth's voice is kind of a combination of Ben Burnley's (Breaking Benjamin) and whoever the lead singer of Chevelle is.

Music. (I'll get to his room in a minute.)
He was inspired by Tool, a post-metal, alternative rock band. I was introduced to them the year I first created Narthas (I was in 8th grade... 5-6 years ago), and after that, both he and I underwent many transformations over the years.
Tool is still my vavorite band today, 'Lateralus' being my favorite song of all time. I suggest you listen to it. ^^

I do. I believe their most recent CD is on my shelf somewhere, along with A Perfect Circle's...
