That's good. Post it soon.
Here is the next part of my story. I don't think it is very good....tell me what you think.
Victoria was searching through her box. It had all of her memories of her life that included her dad…
She missed him so much. He died. Two years ago.
Alexander was his name. He was a scientist. An excellent one, most people would say. Never made a mistake. But, somehow, someway, he did. And that’s how it happened.
Victoria was in her room. Her dad was in the basement. Experimenting, as usual. Nobody had a doubt. Everybody thought he would be okay. They were going on at their usual routine. Victoria was chatting on her phone, her mother, Jennifer, was cooking dinner, and Matt, her brother, was in his room, researching on the computer.
All of the sudden, everybody heard it. A strange noise. It sounded like no other. A dreadful noise that nobody ever wanted to hear again. A noise, that when you think about it, doesn’t actually seem like an experiment gone bad. But, of course, that’s what everybody thought, an experiment gone bad. What else could it be? Alexander had no enemies, so nobody would do anything to him, right? Victoria knew better. He never made a mistake. She would never judge him to, either. She was going to, one day , find out what happened.
Victoria hung up the phone, and raced to the basement, everybody followed her. Jennifer stepped down the stairs first. Scared of what she might find. As she told the kids to stay where they were, she looked around. All that was seen was a destroyed basement. It looked like a tornado had gone through. Then she saw him, her poor husband. Laying there on the floor….
---
The present day
As Victoria searched through her box, she missed him more and more. She had to get over it, though, he was never going to come back….even though she wished he would.
She walked to her bay window and sat down. She starred at the stars lite above her. Victoria made a wish…and she wished with all of her might.
She continued to search through her box, when all of the sudden, she came across something she had never seen before. It was a key. It was old, rusted, and ugly. Why would that be in her box? She had never put it there…
That's chapter one. Short chapter....
