When…
When the moon is hidden
From the skies
And all that’s heard
Are the eagles’ cries
When the breeze is silenced
From the hills
When a war is waged
Against ones wills
Then the Darkness that lurks
It is home
It seeks to rule
To keep the throne
Fight against it
With all your might
Don’t do the bad things
Save the light.
Imagine
Can you imagine a world
Without a breeze to stir the land
Without the birdsong ringing true
Without the freedom that is you
The Wild one
The Wolf, silver mystery, so sure
A howl that breaks the spell
To see what the stars’ saw
Can you imagine
That life was obsolete
That nothing ever moved
On the blackened husk of Earth
It is Us
Us Humans
We’re killing the entire world
Help. Before it’s too late.
She-wolfor Drappa
Lifted muzzle, silent howl
Faint scent upon the breeze
Silver flash, gleaming fangs
Running paws carry with ease
Swished tail, bristled ruff
Moonlight shining from above
Narrowed eyes, mistrustful glare
Protects her single, honest love
Elegant paw, tipped ears
She lets you be, with gracious leave
Sleek pelt, flurried wings
Flying across the endless sea
Gone to her love, her mate-to-be.
Horse of the Ocean
Wild wind fly to me
Waves across the raging sea
Moonlight shines across the sand
Across the Stallion, standing there
His head is hung
His hide is scruffy
His eyes are dull and sad
Yet deep within him, flames are rampant
He is fighting mad
As the moon reaches zenith
The horse; up throws his head
He calls, strong and powerful
In the darkness, on the sand
Ten white mares from the heavens
Fly down to the beach
Their black master has summoned them
From the shadows deep
Their Master, Black Stallion of the Sea
His hide is changed at once
All shimmering lights and blues and greens
He rears, the mares around him
His mane the crushing black
He is the dark of oceans
His hide the phosphorescence
His maiden-mares are the foaming waves
Crashing on stormy shores
Be sure to look for them at sea
They do not wander far
For where the white horse rears her head
The Black comes wild after.
