And I suppose, for the purpose of filling it all in, I'll do 4&5:
THE HIGHLANDS Spot #4 Color #aaaaaa
This region, nearing the northmost end of the mountains, it high in altitude. Similar to the Rockies, The Highlands are for the most part incredibly treacherous, and many of the peaks are covered in snow year-round.
The Highlands are home to many a creature, though no sentient races have ever been known to live there. Bears, wolves, foxes, snow hares, mountain goats, and lesser white dragons can be found in that region.
THE SHELF Spot #5 Color #d7e1e6
This tiny region is where the mountains end, plummeting into the deep, dark, icy waters of the north. Where the rocky tundra ends and the ice shelf begins, though, few can tell. It's a somewhat dangerous area the farther from land you get. The ice is finicky close to the water. Thinner ice will crack, and the great ice cliffs and bergs have been known to calve without a moment's notice. The area is home to bears, foxes, sea birds, seals, a variety of whales, and also sea serpents.

I finally finished my country!
Spot #17
Color: hm…Make it light gray…I have no idea why, but it seems like a good idea.
Name: Ellandran
Capitol: Veerna
Climate: Taiga. This country is COLD! There is some snow on the ground all year, and most of the land is covered in large conifers. These trees are rather spaced out in the forest, plenty of room for such mundane critters as the lynx.
Species: Mostly humans. There is at least one large colony of dwarves, and various creatures throughout, including common taiga animals, but also the occasional more…exotic creatures. Like some migrating griffins that never stay long. There was one phoenix sighting, but it was 150 years ago.
Language: Worlder. The humans all speak it with a lovely, lilting accent, and the rare dwarf that is seen, generally speaks it roughly, never using elegant phrases, only literal, gruff ones. This is mostly because the dwarves have their own language, Graven, although no human can speak more than a few basic phrases in it, and even that much is rare.
Goods: Furs are the largest exports, but the occasional fine dwarf weapon finds its way into the market (these weapons are the main proof that there is a dwarf colony in this country). Some of the trees are chopped. These are in high demand because of the fine quality of the wood. It is ideal for all kinds of building. Luckily, everyone in this country cares about the trees, thus preventing the entire country being chopped down. Some farming is done, in natural meadows and between trees, and a few people even collect the native plants to sell. There are some rare plants (mainly berries) that are key ingredients in potions.
Customs/Culture: The humans don’t usually practice any magic, although most do learn some basic potion making skills. The humans here usually are extremely trusting of their friends, especially fellow country-men. They also tend to be extremely leery of outsiders, due to the raids (mentioned later) and past wars. Ellandranites’ (or Ellandranians?) social life is usually limited to their neighbors, simply because the roads, although excellent, go for long stretches where no one lives. So to make up for not usually traveling, everyone is friendly with their neighbors. Common get-togethers include stories, bonfires, apple cider (imported, so rare), games, and (what else) gossip. Common interests are knitting and crochet, sports (especially ones only played in Ellandran), hiking, writing, wishing to travel, hiding from raiders (jk), and playing in the snow.
Government: The government is situated in the capitol. It is a parliament-ish setup, but the king really does hold the most weight. In fact, to over-rule a king’s decision, the parliament must have a unanimous vote AND at least 30 peasants need to file their support of overruling the king’s vote.
Economy: the economy is rather poor here, due largely to the raids that people in countries with easy access to Ellandran start. Everyone gets by, however, mostly because everyone has adapted to the conditions.

Sorry I've been missing! So, um... What did you guys think of my country? Is it okay?? I mean... It was kinda random, rushed, and on-the-spot. I could make another country if ya want... But this time, I think I'd best read every body else's contries first so I don't steal any ideas. Because... I haven't read any yet. Hehe! And don't mind my rantingness. Ug. I'm suddenly feeling brian dead. As my friend Evan would say, I have a 'brain fart'. Ug...
Okay! Brain fart over! I will bew doing another country, seeing as I have a few ideas that are begging to get out. I presume spot 16 is not taken... I did have an idea for a secret, underwater community, kinda like an Atlantis kinda thing, but... None of the remaining countries are small enough. So... Alpine country! Coming next!

Okay! Copntry number two! And my sister, Wiona, calls spot number 12. It's just that I'm on the comp and she isn't and this has caught her interest, lol.
Spot: Number 16 Colour: Knock yourself out. I don't really care.
Name: (uh...) Montanhas (That's portugese for mountains, lol. Oh... Well, I used Google translate. I"ll check with my Dad later)
Capitol: Vales (Portugese for valleys. I typed in Valley, but google spat it back out in English. Again, I'll check with my Dad.)
Landscape: It is all mountains. A truely Alpine country, it is made up entirely of moutains. Snow caps the top of these, and the ones at the most northern border are taller than our modern-day Mount Everest. The mountain situated in the middle of this enormous chain has a gigantic waterfall spewing out of it, one that put Niagara falls to shame.
Species/Language: There are many snow leopards (Ug, I can't spell today), as well as albino ocelots (Odd, yes), white tigers, albino lions, cheetahs, all those big cats (Yes, odder still). The inhabitants of this land are all Felines, but also, all Albinos. They can speak worlder, but prefer 'the cats meow'. Yes, that is what the call their Feline language. It involves theirt using a complex series of meows, roars, rumbles, growls, hisses and purring. No outsider can ever seem to make sense of these.
There are also the prey species in the land, snow hares, carobou, moose, etc. There are also the rare herds of albino Gazelle.
Culture/Customs: They're cats! Most would assume they live solitary, unstructured lives, but they actually don't. They daily gather together in their own groups, called Crrvs ( like Crrv pronouced like curve). these Crrvs socialize, trade news of good hunting spots, weather, etc.
The kinds of food the cats eat are things such as snow hares, caribou, moose, deer, and the occasional ill-intended outsider. They will eat sedge berries that grow on numerous bushes in the more southern parts of the land, too. But is is absolutely forbidden to eat the Albino gazelle. Anyone who eats these will be executed. The manner of execution is that they tie the offender to a birch tree with five thorny sedge bushes surrounding it. Then, the set the whole thing aflame.
Governement: The land is led by a pride of noble albino Lions, who work hard to keep peace in the land. There are also other prides of these lions, one to look after each seperate chain of mountains in the land. Each of them has a runner, an albino cheetah with great endurance. Unlike normal cheetahs, these are bigger and stonger, and can run at full speed for hours on end. They are used as messagers.
Economy: They don't really need any money, but they export the fines hides of their prey and donate them to the poor, allowing them to have good food and clothes on their backs.
Country symbol: An albino lion's head, with snow falling in the background around it, and a cricle of five male albino gazelles around it.
