Like, how long should a chapter be by pages in Word or Works? I want to make my chapters a decent size, and I want the opinions of others. I'd also like to know, 1 Works page = ? book pages. Thanks.

Hrm... I think that a decent sized chapter should be at least four to five pages, but that's just me. I think that seems realistic. The occasional short chapter is okay, and the occasional unruly long chapter is okay too, of course. But that seems to me like the perfect length.
My chapters usually run on average 6-7 pages.

Thanks for your opinion :] I was afraid that my four-page chapters weren't cutting it. Then again, I type in size 10 font.

Holy crap. I type in size 12. xD I think your chapters are just fine. The longest one I've ever typed was 17 pages, and that was because I was crazy. xD It was a one time thing. In the revamped BL, I'm trying to have chapters 6-7 pages. I just can't stand one to two page things. It drives me crazy 'cause I get all nice n' situated to read something long. And then I get disappointed.

Yeah. And a page in a novel is generally 240 words, and I've heard that's roughly half the size of a page in Word, so just think like every page you finish in Word is 2 pages in a novel! :3
