We need places to roleplay (I'm not 100% good at coming up with settings), maybe some important people?, and anything else that can enrich a roleplay environment. For ideas I usually go here: www.seventhsanctum.com

Well, when I get some spare time I can dig through my old files from when I used to RP to see if I have any settings lying around.
Who knows, I might even be inspired to start again since as this is a writing board at least it will be literate.

For the time-frame, hows about a medieval thing? It's mah favorite setting evars. I've started attempting to get places out anyway...
Well here's one:
Kingdom of the Forty Blessed Griffins
A large kingdom ruled by - who else - a king (nameless at the moment). It's main feature is the large clock tower at the top of a white mage college. Many stores and cottages are present in this kingdom, and the ruler is mostly benevolent, but does not allow many foreign things to taint his place, as he is somewhat paranoid.

How about a wolf rp setting? A huge grassy valley surrounded on both sides by mountains and forest?
I also have a medieval shapeshifters setting ^^ A huge hill overlooks a town of regular people. On the other side of the hill is a forest where the shapeshifters live ^^

I likes it! I like to refer to "were-people" as shifters, myself. It just sounds... nicer. ^^

my shifters are brother and sister. Satchel, who shifts into a huge reddish brown wolf, and his sister, Jaz ^^ can shift into a black fox.

What about a Gaulish/Celtic/Norse inspired place?
*Goes off in day-dream mode* ...where the mead is hearty, the warriors strong, the women unafraid, and the inn-keepers are friendly and inviting...
We could call it something like... Trellheim, or Cherek...
Oh, and I do like your idea too, Lady. You come up with the most inticing names for places. ;D

We could have a mountain-top where dragons live. Moon-gaze Mountain.

I like that idea, Kayden has a very interesting personality and I would like the chance to explore it without Ember butting in.

Well, if Bethany would like to do it the next time she's on that'd be cool. If not, I'll do it the next time I'm online. I have to leave now! ;D

It doesn't matter what the type of RP is. The setting can be used in any type of RP, so out with it. ;D
