(These are just a bunch of random, incredibly bad, extremely short things I've written over the past few months that I for some reason bothered to save. I'll randomly post more as I find them going through word documents. Be warned, they're horrible.)
There's blood everywhere, on the floor, on the bed, on her body. And she's screaming in her head but nothing will come out of her mouth. After awhile she stops struggling for control, stops screaming in her mind, because she's done this to many times to count now and it's always the same.
It always start in the living room, she always hears the screaming from upstairs, and no matter what she does she always runs to the source. By the time she reaches the bedroom the screaming has stopped but she opens the door anyway, wanting nothing more than to turn back. On the bed is her mother pale and covered in blood, lifeless. For a moment she stares, can't pull her eyes away from the horrific scene. Then the world shifts predictably and when it stills again she's the one on the bed, lifeless and broken, covered in her own blood.
She doesn't know why it's stuck with her all this time; she's seen much more gruesome things now. But somehow this is imprinted on her mind, and she gets the feeling she will never shake this nightmare. It will stick with her until the end of time, to remind her of a life and innocence lost, of a life she left behind years ago.
(This one was based off of a longer story I wrote, so if it makes no sense that's why.)

It's startling and sad, but it's really good! I have something like this that I need to nab off of my fictionpress account and put up here. I just can't get to my FP account. But this is good! ;D Really good! ^^

(This one was for a challenge on neo. Again, beware 'cause it stinks)
A heart always beats in one place, your chest. I know this. So why does it feel like it's dropped into my stomach and stopped beating entirely when I see him with her? Not just with her, touching her, kissing her, laughing with her. Did I never mean anything to him? Stupid question, of course I didn't if he's doing this. I wonder if a heart can truly drop into a stomach?
