The sun hasn't risen yet. In this clearing, the air is still somewhat chill, and a very light fog is kissing the ground, just beginning to make the dew. Lady appears on her cloud with Liberium at her side.
"Good morning everyone!" she said, halfwhat perky, halfwhat still asleep. "I hope you're ready to get your hands dirty!" Liberium stepped up, taking the stage.
"This morning, you will prepare breakfast as a team. Here is what we expect:
Three course meal, enough portions for all team members.
A beverage for all team members that is not poisinous.
Now go for it!"

Silver yawned, stretched, and looked around. No one was doing anything, so he may as well get started on things.
He took some branches that littered the ground nearby and piled them for a fire. The branches would work for the moment, but he'd need a log to put in it, other wise it'd burn up too fast. So, without a word to any of his teammates, he went in search of a log.

Lacey patted down her hair, yawning. She felt icky.
"Beverages." Hm. Water would work. Lacey set off in search of a stream. Where there was a stream, there was water. Where there was water, there were plants. Where there were plants, there was a way to carry water.

Silver came back with a piece of a log sufficient to sustain a fire for a while. He got to work on starting it, though, before he was done, he'd wished that fire-breather was on his team to help him... that would simplify things a great deal.
But a fire was lit, finally, without Aeslyn being there to help. He took one of the branches left over from what he had gathered for the fire, a nice thick one; grabbed a rock with an edge, and started fashioning a sort of spear. He wondered what kinds of animals could possibly lurk in a world such as this.

"Ow, ow, ow." Lacey swatted angrily at the dying copse that seemed to insist on being in her path. No matter where she went there was something bothering her! Jaunty, stray branches poked and scratched her, and tiny bugs flew into her forehead, and mud sank under her feet, and leaves fell in her hair, and "WHO THE HELL KNEW MAKING BREAKFAST COULD BE SO HARD?"

"Oh my" Silver said to himself, spotting a rather large rabbit. It was an automatic response, but it scared the rabbit away. 'Damn it.' He guessed time away from the wildnerness had dulled his senses.

Finally, a water source. Lacey glared at the stream, as if it was its fault for being so far away and hard to find. Glare. Glare. Glare.
Hm. What can carry water here? The fourteen year-old girl looked around warily, occasionally pausing to brush her hair out of her eyes. Great. She was sweaty, now, too.
"Ah-ha." A leaf! That would do. A...really big leaf. In fact, Lacey had never seen such a large leaf. She grabbed ahold of the scoop-shaped leaf - ow, it had barbs - and tugged on it.

"A bear print?" Silver asked himself, remembering too late to be quiet when wandering around hunting. It was just as well that the imaginative goddess that created this world would also imagine in it things that were dangerous, he thought, passing by the tracks with a keen interest in getting back to camp sooner than later.
Before long, though, he found another rabbit. This one was not quite as large, but it certainly wasn't small. Silver found a way to keep an element of surprise even with such a clumsy weapon as a hasitly made spear, and killed it.
As the blood stained the rabbit's tan fur, he was tempted not to drink it. Rabbit was definately not his idea of a proper feeding. But, he really had no idea how long he'd be in this camp, and loosing control was something he couldn't chance. With that thought, he reluctantly took a small drink, doing very well keeping it from getting all over his mouth, but it did end up getting all over his slender hands.
Bear paw prints in mind, he headed quickly back to camp, where his humble fire greeted him.

"Here's your water, drink up." Lacey panted as she dragged the sink-sized scoop-leaf - heavy, with the water filled to the brim and splashing over with ever step - towards the camp. "Three sips each," she joked.

Silver faked a chuckle. He wanted to make sure the girl wasn't scared of him. '...By the way, where is the other little girl?' He wondered to himself.
"I hope you like rabbit." he said, by way of reply.

Lacey shrugged. "It's okay. Where's Kora?"

"I don't know..." Silver replied. He scanned the area, as if that would find her, but sighed and decided to return to the task at hand.
"What should we get for the next course?" He asked

The girl thought for a moment, then grinned. She would've snapped her fingers - that is, if she could. But everyone can't do something, right?
"Salad," she proclaimed. "There are plenty of plants around. It's just a matter of finding something edible."

"Well, I've lived in the woods before, so I would know which ones would be good to eat incase you don't." To Silver, it seemed he had a strangely open disposition today, but he supposed there was no harm in revealing to people where he'd lived. He wondered why he was always so secretive about things like that...
"Would you like to go hunt for vegetation, or would you like to skin the bunny?" He held up the bloody carcass.

"Show me how to do the rabbit and I will," Lacey said seriously, sitting cross-legged on the ground. She looked up at Silver expectantly.
